Job summary

Hanger Clinic in California seeks a qualified Prosthetist/Orthotist to lead clinical delivery of orthotic and prosthetic care and supervise a dedicated care team. You will assess patients, plan treatments, and oversee progression of care with guidance from senior clinicians.

As Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee practitioners, technicians, and administrative staff to achieve financial and clinical goals while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the practice.

Qualifications

• Current ABC/BOC certification or eligibility in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.
• Bachelor's degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales and marketing plans to develop referral sources and revenue opportunities.
• Manage practice expenses and materials to meet budget projections.
• Ensure OSHA requirements and other safety regulations are followed.
• Ensure documentation records are complete and accurate by all practitioners.
• Provide direct patient care services as appropriate.
