Job summary

Hanger Clinic in Columbus, OH is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee prosthetic/orthotic care and supervise staff. You will lead clinical operations, ensure patient care quality, and manage budgets and compliance.

The role requires ABC/BOC certification, a prosthetics/orthotics degree, and several years of supervisory and billing experience. A valid license and strong team leadership are essential. Competitive benefits and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics (ABC or BOC)
• Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics/orthotics or foreign equivalent; ABC Board-Eligibility
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Licensure where required by state
• Five years’ experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics with direct patient care (preferred)
• Two to four years supervisory experience (preferred)
• Two to four years 3rd party billing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals for sales, revenues, cash and AR.
• Maintain quality assurance and patient satisfaction with services.
• Coordinate sales and marketing plans to develop referral sources and revenue opportunities.
• Manage practice expenses to meet budget projections.
• Ensure OSHA and safety regulations are followed.
• Ensure policy compliance and ethical standards across staff.
• Provide direct patient care for orthotic/prosthetic conditions as appropriate.
