Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is a leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic services and products, operating the nation’s largest O&P patient care clinics network.

The role oversees clinic operations across clinicians, technicians and administrative staff to meet financial and clinical goals. You will drive quality care, coordinate sales plans, manage expenses, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and uphold outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in orthotics and/or prosthetics or related healthcare administration.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record as per policy.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Allied Healthcare.
• Preferred: Four years of experience managing a medical clinic or healthcare services facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals for sales, revenues, cash and accounts receivable.
• Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure patient satisfaction with clinic services.
• Coordinate sales and marketing plans to develop referral sources and expand revenue opportunities.
• Manage clinic expenses and materials to meet or exceed budget projections.
• Ensure OSHA and other safety regulations are adhered to.
• Ensure compliance with the Hanger Compliance Program and Code of Ethics.
• Provide resources and incentives to staff to meet expectations.
• Ensure accurate documentation records are kept by all practitioners.
• Ensure clinicians are providing direct patient care services as appropriate.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
