Job summary

SRCH is seeking a Medical Assistant Team Lead to oversee clinic sessions, assist providers, and supervise MA I/II staff during shifts.

The role includes peer training, workflow optimization, and participation in cross-site projects while upholding CARE principles and patient confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills, English fluency, and knowledge of eCW are required; previous SRCH MA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program.
• Participation in Fred Pryor training as assigned or recommended.
• A minimum of 12 months MA experience at SRCH is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic sessions and balance workflow during shifts.
• Assist medical providers, MAs and patients as needed.
• Peer train Medical Assistants and support MA I/II staff.
• Direct the flow of the clinic and optimize resource use.
• Mentor and monitor MA tasks and competency checks.
