Job summary

Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor I to assist with on-site triage and clinic flow under the CNM/DOCS. You will document provider orders and actions in the EHR, and support clinical and administrative tasks.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, phlebotomy skills, and experience as a Medical Assistant; bilingual abilities are a plus. You will help maintain vaccine storage, prep, and clinic operations to ensure patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English communication and concise written skills.
• Experience as Medical Assistant with clinical focus preferred; 2 years in CRCHC or 4 years outside.
• Knowledge of vaccination protocols and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients on-site and via telephone per protocols; document in EHR.
• Perform clinical tasks such as sterile dressings, EKGs, and immunizations.
• Assist providers with routine clinic tasks and treatments.
• Maintain vaccines, meds, supplies, and inventory.
• Train staff and lead huddles to improve clinic flow.
• Ensure vaccine storage, handling, and administration compliance.
