Job summary

Massage Envy in Roswell, GA seeks a General Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, including sales, customer service, staffing, and governance of quality standards. This role requires active leadership, staff coaching, and ongoing performance management to meet monthly and annual goals.

Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, maintaining compliance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints with members and guests. Flexibility for peak hours is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience or training; equivalent education and experience accepted.
• Proficient computer skills including email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage: work a minimum of 25 hours per week at the front desk and perform all duties.
• Provide leadership and model company culture; coach staff and keep Area/District Managers informed.
• Meet monthly and annual performance goals; conduct sales and service strategy meetings; hold staff accountable.
• Ensure top-tier member and guest satisfaction in all interactions and resolve disputes positively.
• Hire, onboard, and train clinic staff in partnership with Area Manager; assess Service Providers’ performance.
• Ensure operational excellence: proper supplies, inventory, scheduling, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with franchise agreements and state/local laws; ensure licenses and background checks are in place.
• Other duties as assigned and support a positive clinic environment.
