Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations at the Roswell location. You will manage sales, customer service, staffing, and overall clinic performance while maintaining Massage Envy’s values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.

You will lead a team, monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure compliance with franchise standards. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills: email, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and perform FDSA duties.
• Lead and coach staff; uphold company culture.
• Meet monthly and annual performance goals; conduct sales/service strategy meetings.
• Hold staff accountable for service standards and sales goals.
• Conduct daily huddles and provide coaching as needed.
