Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the clinic's daily front office operations and staff performance. The role emphasizes engagement, environment, and mission-aligned service delivery.

You will collaborate with Clinic Managers and the Front Office Manager to staff the clinic, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient revenue-related processes while supporting a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma is required.
• Typing 45 words per minute preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Good organization and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Windows-based apps.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of medical reimbursement and technology.
• Basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable knowledge.
• Able to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to handle high workloads in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations for the clinic.
• Focus on front office engagement, environment and staff performance.
• Collaborate with Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Manager.
• Open requisitions and hire PSCs to staff the clinic.
• Contribute to clinic volume as a front-facing role.
• Provide coaching on referral management and customer service expectations.
• Monitor referral data and KPI’s.
• Manage front office labor, schedules and PTO requests.
• Participate in monthly 1:1 with Front Office Manager.
• Coordinate with insurance verification, authorization and billing teams.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
