Trinity Health is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to greet patients, manage front-desk activities, and maintain smooth patient flow at Convenient Care clinics. You will schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, and enter demographics in the EMR with accuracy and confidentiality.

This full-time role is 32 hours per week, with a rotating schedule including every third weekend 9am–5pm. Responsibilities include patient check-in, collecting copays, and scanning documents into the EMR while

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Requires the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and manage front desk duties with professionalism.
• Check-in patients and streamline the admitting process.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient/insurance information and collect copays/deductibles.
• Scan/copy patient materials into the EMR.
