The Receptionist at Trinity Health greets patients and visitors at the clinic, handling front desk responsibilities such as managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, answering calls, validating eligibility, and entering demographics into the electronic health record and other systems. Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with BLS certification obtainable within three months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors at the clinic front desk and manage check-in.
• Answer and direct phone calls; schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information; collect copays and deductibles at time of service.
• Enter demographics and insurance details into the electronic health record and other systems.
• Copy/scan patient documents (ID, referrals, insurance cards) into the record.
