Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, employees, and other customers promptly.
• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information; collect co-pays.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate cancellations or changes with providers.
• Maintain and update patient charts; ensure insurance eligibility verification.
• Open/close the clinic and manage mail/distribution; ensure reception area stays neat.
• Attend required meetings and maintain workspace in an orderly fashion.
