Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator (Full Time-Floater) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will manage front desk operations, assist clinicians with patient care, and ensure a welcoming, organized experience for every patient.

Days & Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate scheduling, EMR data entry, and HIPAA compliance, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced setting and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• HIPAA compliance awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors with a warm, upbeat attitude.
• Delivers high-quality customer service by ensuring patient satisfaction and accurate scheduling.
• Manages scheduling operations to optimize provider availability and room usage.
• Notifies clinicians of patient arrivals and maintains on-time patient flow.
• Performs accurate data entry into the EMR system and generates routine reports.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Answers calls from physicians, hospitals, and patients with professionalism.
• Keeps the front desk and treatment areas clean, organized, and well-supplied.
