Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients and visitors warmly, directing inquiries as needed.
• Manages front desk operations and assists clinicians with patient care to ensure a smooth experience.
• Performs accurate data entry into the EMR system, including patient information and treatment plans.
• Maintains scheduling and appointment flow to optimize provider time and room utilization.
• Ensures confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; handles faxes and communications promptly.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and supports clinic operations as required.
