UNC Health Pardee BlueMD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform clinic clerical tasks, including patient registration, financial communications, and fee collection. You will support scheduling, information delivery to callers, and data entry in the EMR system.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and may bring medical clerical experience in a hospital, clinic, or related setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred medical clerical experience in healthcare settings.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and input demographic/financial information into the EMR and related systems.
• Answer and route calls, provide routine instructions for patient visits.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical services.
• Collect cash payments and balance daily cash drawer.
• Maintain clinic order and cleanliness; assist with clerical duties.
