Responsibilities

• Obtains all critical demographic and financial information and inputs data into EMR and other applications.
• Answers and relays incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls with scripted instructions for patient visits.
• Provides general clerical support including scheduling appointments and coordinating with clinical services.
• Collects cash receipts and ensures daily balanced cash drawer.
• Maintains order and cleanliness throughout the clinic, including routine cleaning.
