Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtains all critical demographic and financial information and inputs data into EMR system and applications.
• Answers and relays incoming/outgoing calls; delivers routine instructions for patient visits.
• Provides clerical support: scheduling patients, maintaining calendars, coordinating with clinical services.
• Collects cash receipts and balances cash drawer daily.
• Maintains clinic cleanliness and performs housekeeping duties as needed.
