U.S. Dermatology Partners in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a front desk clerk to perform clerical, secretarial, and administrative tasks. You will answer phones, welcome patients, process data and records, and support patient services.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in retail or clinical front desk, is detail oriented and reliable, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong English communication and HIPAA awareness are valued.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or clinical front desk experience preferred.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with good grammar.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage front desk duties and general administrative tasks.
• Answer central telephone system and direct calls appropriately.
• Greet the public, provide information, and assist patients and staff.
• Process data and records, and handle routine clerical work.
• Operate office machines and computers as needed for patient processing.
• Prepare, distribute, and file correspondence and reports.
• Support patients in using clinic facilities or services.
• Follow safety policies and promote high-quality customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the organization.
