You will also handle scheduling, payments, and communications with patients. The role requires strong clerical skills, experience with EMR and practice management software, and the ability to work across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess knowledge of Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• 1 year clerical experience in a front-facing position.
• Typing 40 wpm and ability to use a 10-key adding machine.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Screen new patients for eligibility and collect financial/demographic information.
• Schedule patient visits and manage payments; communicate with patients as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and assist with data entry and referrals.
