Job summary

Aviva Health is seeking a PSR II - Dental Front Office in Roseburg, OR to schedule patients, prepare charts, and assist in patient care with accuracy and compassion. This in-person role supports efficient clinic flow, documentation, and payments, under the supervision of the Dental Front Office Supervisor.

The position emphasizes HIPAA compliance, patient interaction, and accurate registration across practice management systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One-year clerical experience in a dental care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Practice Management and Electronic Dental Records.
• Typing at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient packet data and scan documents accurately.
• Register patients at appointment time and assist with documentation.
• Screen new patients for eligibility and collect demographic info.
• Schedule patient visits and calculate charges; collect payments.
• Explain treatment plans and answer calls; handle courtesy confirmations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Assist with registration processes to improve accuracy and collections.
