Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to oversee the specialty clinic’s operations under the Specialty Clinic Director, coordinating staff and providers to achieve patient-centered goals.

The role requires at least three years in an outpatient clinic and proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred) and billing systems. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field.
• Three years of experience in outpatient clinic operations.
• Proficient with clinic software and billing systems.

FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.Job Summary:Under the direct supervision of the Specialty Clinic Director, the Clinic Coordinator, will manage the effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations for the specialty clinic. The Clinic Coordinator works with the Specialty Clinic Director to plan, organize, and direct the clinic staff and providers with a focus to achieve established goals, objectives, metrics, and patient experience. Knowledge of clinic operations with at least three years working in the outpatient clinic setting.Education and/or Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.
