Job summary

Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to oversee the specialty clinic's operations under the Clinic Director. This role supports daily workflow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and patient care.

You will partner with the Director to plan, organize, and direct clinic staff and providers toward goals and patient experience. A minimum of three years in an outpatient clinic and a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field.
• At least three years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Strong computer skills and EPIC experience preferred.

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Specialty Clinic Director, the Clinic Coordinator, will manage the effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations for the specialty clinic. The Clinic Coordinator works with the Specialty Clinic Director to plan, organize, and direct the clinic staff and providers with a focus to achieve established goals, objectives, metrics, and patient experience.Knowledge of clinic operations with at least three years working in the outpatient clinic setting.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred. Effective knowledge of computers systems and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, data base, clinical information systems, electronic medical records, EPIC experience preferred, billing systems, and other application packages to perform all required responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range:$33.19-$49.46
• Incentive Compensation:Eligible for up to 5% of annual salary through the incentive program
