Prosser Memorial Health in Washington is seeking a Behavioral Health Call Center Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking behavioral health services. You will schedule appointments, process referrals, manage calls, and assist patients in accessing behavioral health resources with empathy and confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; (3 Position) days; varies as scheduled.Job Summary:The Behavioral Health Call Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients seeking behavioral health services. This position provides compassionate, patient-centered customer service while scheduling appointments, processing referrals, managing incoming calls, and assisting patients in accessing appropriate behavioral health resources.
