• Prioritize appointments and optimize provider time based on preferences.
• Coordinate patient referrals and prior authorizations.
• Prepare, edit, and obtain signatures for non-routine letters related to appeals.
• Arrange travel, conference registration, and accommodations for the provider.
• Assemble EMR data for disability paperwork and review for compliance.
• Communicate post-operative patient needs and follow up as required.
