Job summary

Grand Itasca Clinic seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Clinic Care Team. The RN will triage patients by phone, assist with pre-visit planning, and coordinate care across clinic providers both in-person and virtually.

The role supports RN managers and requires Minnesota RN licensure with BLS certification. Duties include medication management, patient education, and collaborative care with physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must have current MN RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in ambulatory care nursing and patient education.
• Ability to triage patients by phone and coordinate care across clinics.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by phone and direct to appropriate care.
• Support clinic providers through pre-visit planning and care coordination.
• Perform RN duties including vital signs, ECGs, and medication management as needed.
