Voyage Healthcare in Crystal, MN is seeking a Clinic Triage RN to provide patient-centered nursing care in an ambulatory clinic setting. This full-time role covers telephone triage, nurse visits, immunizations, and care coordination in accordance with MN Nurse Practice Act and clinical protocols.

The position requires an accredited nursing program graduate with MN RN license and CPR certification. Two years of RN experience is preferred in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years of RN experience preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide telephone and in-person triage using established protocols.
• Assess patient symptoms and determine appropriate level of care.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations.
• Conduct nurse visits and provide patient education.
• Assist with clinical procedures and treatments.
• Coordinate patient care and support case management activities.
• Process prescription refills according to protocol.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and communications in the EMR.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-focused care.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, OSHA standards and professional nursing practices.
