Job summary

Prevea Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time triage role within our multi-specialty clinic. You will assess patients, coordinate care, document thoroughly, and support providers to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Wisconsin RN license (or compact), CPR/BLS certification, and strong clinical judgment with excellent communication in a fast-paced environment. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from an accredited Nursing program preferred.
• Current Wisconsin RN license or compact equivalent (nurses must maintain or update their primary state of residence to Wisconsin to ensure continued eligibility under the compact).
• CPR/BLS Certification from an approved program. Upon Hire Required
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required depending on specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments across a variety of clinical situations, whether through in-person encounters or patient communication channels.
• Provides comprehensive nursing care by delivering a full range of services such as rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, assisting with procedures, performing clinical tasks and interventions, and supporting provider visits.
• Respond to patient questions, concerns, and symptom changes through phone calls, electronic messages, and direct interactions.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality clinical documentation, capturing assessments, interventions, communications, and follow-up in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other team members to support coordinated workflows and efficient clinic operations.
• Support overall clinic operations by adapting to fluctuating patient volumes, schedule changes, and varying needs across the clinic.
