Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma with relevant care experience required.
• LPN/EMT/CNA credentials accepted depending on role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EMR experience preferred (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients; verify demographics and insurance.
• Check in appointments and collect co-pays; maintain patient flow.
• Enter patient data into the EMR and practice management systems.
• Coordinate daily clinic schedules and answer inquiries.
• Assist in exam rooms and support providers per policy.
• Support hygienic and welcoming lobby area.
