Job summary

MNGI Digestive Health is seeking a patient-focused front desk/medical administrative assistant at the Vadnais Heights Clinic. The role involves greetin g patients, collecting co-pays, verifying demographics, and supporting both the clinic and endoscopy center with efficient scheduling and data entry.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant education, CPR certification, and experience with electronic medical records. This position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with care experience.
• CPR certification required; ability to obtain certification within 6 months.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet visitors, verify demographics, check in appointments, collect co-pays, assist with forms, HIPAA compliance, maintain confidentiality, enter data into EHR, manage lobby.
• Clinic: greet/escort patients, obtain medical histories and vitals, maintain privacy, stock rooms, follow care plans, collect specimens, document in EMR, support scheduling and staff needs.
• Additional Duties: may be assigned other tasks as required.
