Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Duncansville, PA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level office role maintains daily clinic operations and delivers excellent customer service as part of Upstream Rehabilitation network.

The PCC-I supports clinic growth, handles referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk duties, collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth patient intake and adherence to mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect all money due at the time of service; Convert referrals into evaluations; Schedule patient visits; Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls; Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience.
• Practice Management: Manage schedule efficiently; Manage document routing; Manage personal overtime; Manage non-clinical documentation; Manage deposits; Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting; Monitor clinic inventory.
• Training: Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates; Complete quarterly compliance training.
