Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Duncansville, PA. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining smooth daily clinic operations and delivering excellent patient service.

The PCC-I will support the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures, manage referrals, schedules, insurance verifications, and patient intake while aligning with Upstream Rehabilitation’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrival rate and create a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, and insurance reporting.
• Attend required trainings and compliance sessions.
