Northeast Center for Youth & Families (NCYF) in Easthampton, MA, is seeking a full-time Clinic Billing & Scheduling Coordinator for our outpatient clinic. The role handles 3rd‑party billing, scheduling, insurance verification, and referrals, with in-office work at the Easthampton main office.

Responsibilities include processing referrals, setting up intakes, collecting balances, and coordinating with clinicians.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with third‑party billing and scheduling responsibilities.
• Must pass CORI, DCF background checks.

Responsibilities

• Run BRS error report weekly.
• Review client payments and apply to claims.
• Track claims and follow up with third‑party billing company.
• Review client billing statements and balance collections.
• Process referrals and set up intakes; verify insurance.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for APRN and Psychiatrist.
• Process new referrals and clinic appointments.
• Handle intake communications and consent processes as needed.
