Responsibilities

• Review client payments and apply to claims weekly.
• Track claims and follow-up with 3rd party billing company regarding claim denials.
• Review client billing statements.
• Collect client balances outstanding and issue DNS warnings.
• Process referrals; set up intakes; verify insurance.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for APRN and Psychiatrist.
