Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Norman Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear growth path are provided.

Schedules run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturday half-days. Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours and 25+ hrs/week. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Background check including child abuse registry and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
