Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Longview Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a defined path for growth are offered.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am–6pm, with occasional Saturdays; full-time preferred. Pay scales range from entry-level training through senior RBT levels, with strong pathways for advancement to BCBA and leadership roles within BI.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
