Job summary

Behavioral Innovations - Burleson Treatment Center is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a defined path for growth help you advance while making a difference.

Schedule features 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires 25+ hours/week and open availability. Join a supportive team and grow toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Background check including child abuse registry and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
