Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth while you work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Center schedule runs 8ama0pm, Monday0riday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months0years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
