Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Webster Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth are offered.

Center hours are 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays; full-time preferred. Opportunities include progression through RBT levels with pay scales from $15.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus future BCBA career paths.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (BI provides).
• Must pass background check, child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
