Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Midwest City (Douglas Boulevard Treatment Center) is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians / RBTs to provide center-based ABA therapy to children. You will receive paid training, BCBA supervision, and a transparent path for career growth within a supportive, family-focused team.

Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
