Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Schedules run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open hours and at least 25 hrs/week. Training and certification support are included as you progress through RBT levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain, provided by BI.
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening are conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
