Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth are provided.

Center hours run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half‑day Saturdays. We offer a structured path from entry level through RBT to BCBA, plus ongoing supervision and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
