Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians/RBTs to deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Training is provided, with supervision from a BCBA and a clear path for advancement.

Centers operate 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with potential Saturday half-days; full-time preferred, part-time candidates welcome if they can meet those hours. Pay scales increment with certification level, from $15.00/hr during training up to $21.00/hr for Senior RBT.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days or already certified.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, clinic-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
