Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, in Newport News, VA, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a clinic-based pediatric team. We offer full-time or part-time roles with a $90K–$110K annual target and a $5K sign-on bonus.

You’ll collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs to provide play-based ABA, NET, and individualized care, with mentorship and leadership pathways within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
