Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Cameron, NC. This on-site role offers a competitive salary range and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

We emphasize play-based, assent-based, child-led ABA, NET strategies, and strong mentorship. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, train families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and NC licensure (or eligibility) required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with autism spectrum preferred; 1+ year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
