Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Cameron, NC. This clinic-based role offers a competitive salary and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with on-site CPR and Safety-Care training.

We emphasize a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach using NET strategies, with mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
