HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Plymouth, MA clinic. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, competitive compensation, and a $5,000 sign-on/relocation bonus for full-time.

You’ll work in a collaborative pediatric team providing ABA alongside related therapies. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, and developing individualized treatment plans with growth opportunities

Formación

• Active BCBA certification and Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
