Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification; active MD license or eligibility.
• Experience with data collection and ABA-based behavior reduction.
• Clinic-based role with a 40-hour work week; in-person only.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Develop and train staff on proactive behavior strategies.
• Oversee data collection for student-specific behaviors.
• Collaborate with teachers to apply ABA to skill development.
• Design reactive strategies with input from the team.
