Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is expanding and seeks a clinic-based BCBA to lead a small preschool-age caseload (9-3, Mon–Fri). No weekends or late evenings. You will oversee Behavior Technicians, supervise programs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with special needs in CT.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and CT licensure.
• Experience with children/adolescents with autism using ABA in clinic/school/home settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Behavior Technicians and student analysts.
• Provide ongoing supervision to reduce maladaptive behaviors and build replacement skills.
• Conduct clinical assessments to guide programming based on ABA.
• Develop and update ABA programs based on assessments and data analysis.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop BIPs as needed.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and data collection across programs.
• Train staff and families on ABA methods and data collection.
• Complete monthly progress reports and reassessments for insurance authorizations.
• Document client behaviors and progress using electronic data systems.
• Participate in trainings and interdisciplinary team meetings for quality ABA services.
