Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB guidelines adherence.
• Experience conducting ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and guide families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment.
