Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Massachusetts is seeking a BCBA to join our clinician-led team. You will supervise Behavior Technicians to maintain fidelity, conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education, while collaborating with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Active LBA certification in Massachusetts as issued by the Board.
• Background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam will be paid for.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meet ALP’s standards and funding source requirements for client care and parent consultation.
