Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our clinic-based team. You will supervise, mentor, and support a team while conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills.
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and guide families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, ethical clinic culture.
